REGISTRATION:
Race-day registration and packet pick up for all races will begin at
6:45 AM on Saturday, June 19, 2010 at the shelter house near the
Rock Rapids City Pool, 401 North Story Street.
 
The 5K, 10K will begin at 8:00 AM
The 1 mile run/walk will begin at 8:05 AM
Showers & Restrooms will be available at the City Pool before and after the race.
